Decent value for money

Mixed bag, but good for sales
I ordered a designer handbag and some bedsheets during the Diwali sale. The handbag was lovely, exactly as described, and felt authentic. Customer support was helpful when I had a query about tracking the handbag, they replied within a few hours. The bedsheets, however, were not quite as vibrant as they looked online, a bit faded. Delivery for both items was separate, which was unexpected, and took 7 days in total for the bedsheets. The unboxing experience was fine, packaging was standard. I would probably stick to their fashion items during sales next time, as the discounts made it worthwhile.
